House Rules

 Maximum number of guests is 10.  

NO SMOKING of any kind!

No pets allowed. If you bring an animal, you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.  

Any indoor household items such as blankets, towels, linens, etc. are to remain inside the house and are not to be used outside.  

No wet bathing suits, suntan lotions/oils on furniture.  

Please do not flush anything in toilets other than toilet paper.  

No eating or drinking in bedrooms. 

Please use kitchen/dining areas for meals.  

Please place trash bags in waste can at end of driveway upon leaving.  

Place used sheets and towels in hamper located in the laundry room. Leave comforters in bedrooms.  Load and start dish washer before leaving.  

A canoe, kayak, pedal boat, and lily pad are available by the dock for your pleasure. Please be sure to put these items back in place after they are used. Life jackets will be placed in bin located on patio.
