Cancellation Policy

Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

If a guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but outside the 48-hour booking window, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.

If a guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.

If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, the booking is non-refundable and no refund will be issued.
